招录考试背景下公安院校专业人才培养研究——以N警察学院为例

Research on the Cultivation of Professional Talents in Public Security Colleges under the Recruitment Examination—Taking N Police University as an Example

摘要: 招录考试有效促进公安院校公安队伍专业化建设和保障公安事业的可持续发展。本文选取N警察学院2021级毕业班学生通过问卷调查和座谈的形式开展了招录考试备考现状的调研工作，从学院、课程和学生三方面总结了当前人才培养模式存在的不足，并从人才培养方案、专业课程教学、招录考核等角度提出改进措施。研究结果可以辅助提升公安院校人才培养质量，减轻学生备考心理压力，提高招录考试专业科目成绩，构建长效人才培育机制。

Abstract: The recruitment examination has effectively promoted the professionalization of the public security team in public security colleges and ensured the sustainable development of public security undertakings. The graduating students from the 2021 cohort of N Police University were selected and a survey on their preparation status for the recruitment examination was conducted through questionnaires and interviews. The shortcomings of the current talent cultivation model from the perspectives of the university, courses and students were summarized. Furthermore, improvement measures in terms of talent cultivation programs, professional course teaching, and recruitment assessment were proposed. The research findings can assist in enhancing the teaching quality of public security colleges, alleviating students’ psychological pressure during exam preparation, improving their performance in specialized subjects of the recruitment examination, and establishing a long-term talent development mechanism.
