民办高校教师社会服务能力提升策略研究与实践
Research and Practice on Strategies to Enhance Social Service Capacity of Teachers in Private Universities
摘要: 该研究聚焦如何提升民办高校教师社会服务能力,通过分析高校教师社会服务的内涵、分类、现状及影响因素,综合运用调查研究、文献分析等方法,深入剖析其现状、问题及成因,结合回归性分析探究问题根源,从完善激励机制、拓展参与途径、提升教师能力等方面提出提升策略,并通过实践验证其有效性。研究表明,实施提升策略后,民办高校教师社会服务能力显著提升,参与率和服务质量明显改善,为推动民办高校发展和社会进步提供有力支持。
Abstract: This study focuses on enhancing the social service capacity of teachers in private universities. By analyzing the connotation, classification, current status, and influencing factors of social services provided by university teachers, the research employs methods such as surveys and literature analysis to deeply examine existing conditions, problems, and root causes. Combining regression analysis to explore the origins of these issues, it proposes enhancement strategies from perspectives such as improving incentive mechanisms, expanding participation pathways, and elevating teachers’ capabilities. The effectiveness of these strategies is validated through practical implementation. The research demonstrates that after implementing the enhancement strategies, the social service capacity of teachers in private universities significantly improved, with notable increases in participation rates and service quality. This provides robust support for advancing the development of private universities and social progress.
