以南宁学院为例的应用型民办高校“双创 + 专业 + 思政”新型教育体系构建研究
Research on the Construction of the New “Double Innovation + Professional + Ideological and Political” Education System in Applied Private Universities: A Case Study of Nanning University
摘要: 本文以南宁学院为研究对象,聚焦应用型民办高校“双创 + 专业 + 思政”新型教育体系的构建。在国家“大众创业、万众创新”战略深入推进及高等教育改革不断深化的背景下,结合广西“十四五”规划对教育发展的要求,分析南宁学院作为应用型民办高校在构建该体系过程中的必要性、实践探索、存在问题及改革路径。研究发现,构建“双创 + 专业 + 思政”新型教育体系是南宁学院顺应时代发展、提升人才培养质量的必然选择。通过对南宁学院现有实践的梳理,指出其在顶层设计、资源整合、课程融合等方面存在的不足,并提出针对性的改革建议,旨在为南宁学院及同类应用型民办高校的教育体系创新提供参考,助力培养具备专业素养、创新精神、创业能力和高尚品德的复合型人才。
Abstract: Against the background of the in-depth advancement of the national “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” strategy and the continuous deepening of higher education reform, combined with the requirements for educational development in Guangxi’s “14th Five-Year Plan”, this study focuses on Nanning University as a research object to explore the construction of a new “Double Innovation + Professional + Ideological and Political” education system in applied private universities. It analyzes the necessity, practical exploration, existing problems and reform paths of Nanning University, as an applied private university, in constructing this system. The research finds that building such a new education system is an inevitable choice for Nanning University to adapt to the development of the times and improve the quality of talent training. By sorting out the existing practices of Nanning University, it points out the deficiencies in top-level design, resource integration, curriculum integration and other aspects, and puts forward targeted reform suggestions. The purpose is to provide a reference for the innovation of the education system in Nanning University and similar applied private universities, and help cultivate compound talents with professional literacy, innovative spirit, entrepreneurial ability and noble morality.
