基于ESP需求分析的商务英语专业课程教学改革探索

摘要: 商务英语作为专门用途英语(ESP)的核心分支,其教学效能直接影响毕业生的就业质量。在全球经济格局深度重构与国际贸易形态持续演进的背景下,商务英语人才需求呈现显著结构性变化,专业课程教学改革具有迫切必要性。本研究基于ESP需求分析理论框架,运用调查问卷与访谈法调研商务英语专业师生群体,通过解析市场人才需求、学生学习需求与人才培养目标三者之间的动态调整机制,厘清职业能力要求与在校学习的衔接路径,据此提出了优化课程体系、建立动态案例库、建设“双师型”师资队伍、构建多元化评价体系等改革措施,旨在培养契合市场需求的复合型商务英语人才,为同类专业建设提供参考。
Abstract: As a core branch of English for Specific Purposes (ESP), the teaching efficacy of Business English directly impacts graduates’ employment outcomes. Against the backdrop of profound restructuring in the global economic landscape and continuous evolution of international trade patterns, the demand for Business English professionals has undergone significant structural shifts, necessitating urgent reforms in specialized curriculum design. This study employs the ESP needs analysis theoretical framework to investigate faculty and students in Business English programs through questionnaires and interviews. By analyzing the dynamic coordination mechanism among three dimensions—market demands, student learning needs, and talent development objectives—the research clarifies pathways for aligning professional competency requirements with academic training. Accordingly, it proposes reform measures including: 1) Optimizing the curriculum system; 2) Establishing dynamic case repositories; 3) Developing “dual-qualified” (industry-academia integrated) faculty teams; 4) Constructing multidimensional evaluation frameworks. These initiatives aim to cultivate interdisciplinary Business English talent meeting market requirements while offering replicable models for analogous academic programs.
