祖辈–父辈共同养育关系对母亲养育倦怠的影响机制：育儿胜任感的中介作用
The Influence of Grandparent-Father Co-Parenting Relationships on Maternal Parenting Burnout: The Mediating Role of Maternal Parenting Sense of Competence
摘要: 目的：探讨祖辈–父辈共同养育关系对母亲养育倦怠的影响，并考察母亲育儿胜任感的中介作用，为降低母亲养育倦怠风险，为优化家庭育儿支持系统提供理论依据。方法：采用祖辈–父辈共同养育关系量表(GCRS)、育儿胜任感量表(PSOC)及简式养育倦怠量表中文版(S-PBA)，通过对483名母亲施测进行问卷调查，并进行共同方法偏差检验、差异分析、相关分析、回归分析、中介效应检验等统计分析。结果：祖辈–父辈共同养育关系显著负向预测母亲养育倦怠(r = −.552, p < .01)。母亲育儿胜任感在祖辈–父辈共同养育关系与母亲养育倦怠之间起显著中介作用，母亲育儿胜任感在模型中的间接效应量为−.177 (祖辈–父辈共同养育关系对母亲养育倦怠为显著的负向影响β = −.528，p < .001，祖辈–父辈共同养育关系对母亲育儿胜任感为显著的正向影响关系β = .526，p < .001，母亲育儿胜任感对母亲养育倦怠为显著的负向影响关系β = −.337，p < .001)。结论：提升祖辈–父辈共同养育关系有助于增强母亲育儿胜任感，从而降低母亲养育倦怠风险，优化家庭育儿支持系统，促进母亲心理健康。
Abstract: Objective: This study aimed to explore the impact of grandparent-father co-parenting relationships on maternal parenting burnout and examine the mediating role of maternal parenting sense of competence, thereby providing a theoretical basis for reducing maternal burnout risk and optimizing family child-rearing support systems. Methods: A survey was conducted with 483 mothers using the Grandparent-Father Co-Parenting Relationship Scale (GCRS), Parenting Sense of Competence Scale (PSOC), and the Short-form Parenting Burnout Assessment (S-PBA). Statistical analyses included common method bias tests, t-tests, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and mediation effect testing. Results: The grandparent-father co-parenting relationship significantly negatively predicted maternal parenting burnout (r = −.552, p < .01). Maternal parenting sense of competence significantly mediated the relationship between grandparent-father co-parenting and maternal parenting burnout, with an indirect effect of −.177. Specifically: Grandparent-father co-parenting negatively predicted maternal parenting burnout (β = −.528, p < .001). Grandparent-father co-parenting positively predicted maternal parenting sense of competence (β = .526, p < .001). Maternal parenting sense of competence negatively predicted maternal parenting burnout (β = −.337, p < .001). Conclusion: Enhancing grandparent-father co-parenting relationships contributes to stronger maternal parenting sense of competence, thereby reducing maternal parenting burnout risk, optimizing family child-rearing support systems, and promoting maternal mental health.
