大学生自我接纳对心理困扰的影响——心理灵活性的中介作用
The Influence of Self-Acceptance on Psychological Distress in College Students—The Mediating Role of Psychological Flexibility
摘要: 目的:为探讨自我接纳对大学生心理困扰(抑郁、焦虑与压力)的影响及其内在机制。方法:本研究采用整群抽样法,以262名在校大学生为被试,使用自我接纳量表、接纳与行动问卷以及抑郁、焦虑与压力量表对其进行问卷测评,并收集基本人口学信息。结果:(1) 自我接纳与心理灵活性之间显著正相关,自我接纳与心理困扰之间显著负相关,心理灵活性与心理困扰之间显著负相关;(2) 心理灵活性在自我接纳对心理困扰的影响中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的49%。结论:本研究揭示了自我接纳通过提升心理灵活性,从而降低大学生心理困扰的内在机制,丰富了积极心理学背景下大学生心理健康的理论研究,也为高校心理干预提供了启示:一方面可通过增强自我接纳水平促进学生心理适应,另一方面可通过开展心理灵活性训练帮助其缓解心理困扰。
Abstract: Objective: This study aims to explore the impact of self-acceptance on psychological distress (depression, anxiety, and stress) among college students, as well as the underlying psychological mechanism. Methods: Utilizing a cluster sampling method, 262 undergraduate students were recruited to complete a set of questionnaires, including the Self-Acceptance Scale, the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (AAQ), and the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scales (DASS). Basic demographic information was also collected. Results: (1) Self-acceptance is significantly positively correlated with psychological flexibility, self-acceptance is significantly negatively correlated with psychological distress, and psychological flexibility is significantly negatively correlated with psychological distress. (2) Psychological flexibility partially mediated the relationship between self-acceptance and psychological distress, accounting for 49% of the total effect. Conclusion: The findings reveal an internal mechanism by which self-acceptance alleviates psychological distress in college students through the enhancement of psychological flexibility. This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of college students' mental health within the framework of positive psychology and offers practical insights for university psychological interventions. Specifically, improving students’ level of self-acceptance can facilitate better psychological adjustment, while targeted training in psychological flexibility may further help reduce psychological distress.
