三甲青年医务人员职业倦怠与心理健康及应对方式的相关性研究

摘要: 目的:了解三甲青年医务人员职业倦怠情况以及与心理健康和应对方式的关系,为降低青年医务人员的职业倦怠水平提供参考意见。方法:对上海市某三甲青年医务人员进行线上问卷调查,问卷包括一般人口学资料问卷、职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、抑郁–焦虑–压力量表(DASS-21)进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果:206名医务人员职业倦怠量表总评分(51.35 ± 16.53)分,其中56.8%存在职业倦怠,87.2%为轻度,12.0%为中度,0.9%重度;不同健康状态在职业倦怠单因素分析上呈现显著性差异(P < 0.05);抑郁–焦虑–压力量表总评分(12.63 ± 10.76)分;简易应对方式量表中积极应对评分(22.33 ± 7.15)分,消极应对评分(10.33 ± 4.35)分。职业倦怠与心理健康呈正相关、与简易应对方式呈负相关(P < 0.05)。结论:三甲青年医务人员存在较高水平的职业倦怠,且职业倦怠与心理健康及应对方式有关,应重点关注青年医务人员的心理健康,增加积极应对方式。
Abstract: Objective: To understand the level of job burnout among young medical staff in tertiary hospitals and its relationship with mental health and coping styles, providing reference for reducing job burnout among young medical staff. Methods: An online questionnaire survey was conducted among young medical staff in a tertiary hospitals in Shanghai. The questionnaire included general demographic information, the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS), the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), and the Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale (DASS-21). Results: The total score of the MBI-GS for 206 medical staff was (51.35 ± 16.53), with 56.8% experiencing job burnout, of which 87.2% were mild, 12.0% were moderate, and 0.9% were severe. Significant differences were observed in the univariate analysis of job burnout across different health statuses (P < 0.05). The total score of the Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale was (12.63 ± 10.76). In the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, the positive coping score was (22.33 ± 7.15), and the negative coping score was (10.33 ± 4.35). Job burnout was positively correlated with mental health and negatively correlated with coping styles (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Young medical staff in tertiary hospitals experience a high level of job burnout, which is related to mental health and coping styles. Attention should be paid to the mental health of young medical staff, and positive coping styles should be encouraged.
