地方本科高校数学师范生教育信念现状与培育研究

Study on the Situation and Cultivation of Educational Belief of Mathematics Education Students in Local Undergraduate Universities

摘要: 教育信念是教师素养的重要组成，对教师职业发展产生重要影响。数学师范生教育信念的培育是师范教育的重要工作之一，应予以高度重视。本文以江西省萍乡市一本科高校数学与应用数学专业师范生为研究对象，对该专业学生的教育信念问题进行问卷调查，结合访谈结果深入了解数学师范生教育信念现状，探索影响师范生教育信念的因素，最后对本科院校数学师范生教育信念的培育给出相应的对策。

Abstract: Educational belief is an important component of teachers’ qualities and has a significant impact on their professional development. The cultivation of educational belief among mathematics education students is one of the important tasks in normal education and should be given high priority. This paper takes the normal students majoring in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics in a bachelor’s degree-granting university in Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province as the research object, conducts a questionnaire survey on the educational belief of the students in this major, and combines the interview results to deeply understand the current situation of educational belief of mathematics students. Then the factors influencing the educational belief of education students are explored, and finally corresponding countermeasures for the cultivation of educational belief of mathematics students in bachelor’s degree-granting universities are provided.
