劳动力流动对城乡融合的影响研究——基于城乡融合发展试验区的分析

Research on the Impact of Labor Mobility on Urban-Rural Integration—An Analysis Based on Urban-Rural Integration Development Pilot Zones

摘要: 城乡融合是乡村振兴和社会主义现代化强国建设的重点。本文以国家城乡融合发展试验区为样本，构建双向固定效应模型研究劳动力流动对城乡融合的影响。研究发现：劳动力流动显著促进城乡融合；劳动力流动推动产业结构升级，进而促进城乡融合；数字经济对劳动力流动影响城乡融合具有正向调节作用；劳动力流动对城乡融合的影响存在区域异质性，相比长三角地区，对非长三角地区城乡融合发展的促进作用更显著。提出政策建议：深化户籍改革，促进劳动力流动；推动产业结构优化升级，引导产业有序转移；加强数字经济建设，培养专业人才；因地制宜制定区域政策，提升农村劳动力就业能力，推动城乡融合发展。

Abstract: Urban-rural integration is a key focus in rural revitalization and the building of a strong socialist modern country. Taking national urban-rural integration development pilot zones as samples, this paper constructs a two-way fixed effects model to study the impact of labor mobility on urban-rural integration. The findings are as follows: Labor mobility significantly promotes urban-rural integration; labor mobility drives industrial structure upgrading, thereby facilitating urban-rural integration; the digital economy has a positive moderating effect on the impact of labor mobility on urban-rural integration; there exists regional heterogeneity in the impact of labor mobility on urban-rural integration—compared with the Yangtze River Delta region, its promoting effect on the development of urban-rural integration in non-Yangtze River Delta regions is more significant. Policy suggestions are put forward: Deepen household registration reform to promote labor mobility; advance the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and guide the orderly transfer of industries; strengthen the development of the digital economy and cultivate professional talents; formulate regional policies in accordance with local conditions, enhance the employability of rural labor, and boost the development of urban-rural integration.
