数字经济背景下地方高校文科大学生创新创业能力提升路径探究
Research on the Path of Improving the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Liberal Arts Students in Local Universities under the Background of Digital Economy
摘要: 随着数字经济的迅猛发展,高等教育改革需重视地方高校文科大学生创新创业能力的培养。研究以地方高校文科专业大学生为研究对象,系统探讨了创新创业教育、创业自我效能感、创新创业能力三者之间的相互作用机制。实证分析表明,当前地方高校文科创新创业教育存在显著短板,主要表现为理论教学与实践应用脱节、“专创融合”程度不足等问题,这些因素制约了教育对学生创业自我效能感及创新创业能力的培养效果。值得注意的是,创业自我效能感作为核心中介变量,在激发学生创新创业意愿、提升实践能力方面发挥着关键作用。为此,研究提出应从完善创新创业课程体系、加强师资队伍专业化建设等维度着手,通过优化创新创业教育模式来增强学生的创业自我效能感,最终实现文科学生创新创业能力的全面提升,为数字经济时代培养具备跨学科素养的创新型文科人才。
Abstract: With the rapid development of the digital economy, higher education reform needs to place emphasis on the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities among liberal arts students in local universities. This study takes liberal arts majors in local universities as the research subjects and systematically explores the interaction mechanism among innovation and entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. Empirical analysis reveals that there are significant shortcomings in the current innovation and entrepreneurship education for liberal arts in local universities, mainly manifested as a disconnect between theoretical teaching and practical application, and insufficient integration of professional knowledge and innovation and entrepreneurship. These factors restrict the effectiveness of education in cultivating students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy and innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. It is noteworthy that entrepreneurial self-efficacy, as a core mediating variable, plays a crucial role in stimulating students’ willingness to innovate and start businesses and enhancing their practical abilities. Therefore, the study proposes that efforts should be made from dimensions such as improving the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system and strengthening the professional development of the teaching staff. By optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship education model, students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy can be enhanced, ultimately achieving an all-round improvement in the innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of liberal arts students and cultivating innovative liberal arts talents with interdisciplinary qualities for the era of the digital economy.
