沙盘游戏在农村留守儿童心理观察与修复中的应用——基于30例个案的观察与分析

Application of Sand Table Games in Psychological Observation and Repair of Rural Left-Behind Children—Based on the Observation and Analysis of 30 Cases

摘要: 随着我国社会经济的快速发展、城乡二元结构的长期存在，农村留守儿童规模扩大，其心理健康问题愈发凸显，如抑郁、孤独、自卑等负性情绪频发，严重影响身心健康与未来发展，亟待解决。乡村振兴战略作为实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标的必然要求，强调解决“三农”问题的重要性，农村留守儿童的心理和教育问题成为其中关键一环，受到政策的高度关注。在此背景下，本研究选择安徽省阜南县和阜阳市郊区中度以上心理问题的30位留守儿童，通过观察其在沙盘游戏中的行为表现，从情绪、社交、认知和自我意识等维度确定心理观察指标，深入分析其心理状态，并进行心理修复，最后结合沙盘游戏从家庭、学校与社会三个层面探索解决问题的方案，为乡村振兴提供有力支持。

Abstract: With the rapid development of our country’s social economy and the long-term existence of the dual structure of urban and rural areas, the scale of rural left-behind children has expanded, and their mental health problems have become more and more prominent, such as depression, loneliness, low self-esteem and other negative emotions are frequent, which seriously affects physical and mental health and future development, and needs to be solved urgently. As an inevitable requirement for achieving the “two centenary” goals, the rural revitalization strategy emphasizes the importance of solving the “three rural” problems, and the psychological and educational problems of rural left-behind children have become a key part of it, which has received great attention from the policy. In this context, this study selected 30 left-behind children with moderate or above psychological problems in Funan County and Fuyang City, Anhui Province, and determined psychological observation indicators from the dimensions of emotion, socialization, cognition and self-awareness by observing their behavior in sand table games, deeply analyzed their psychological state, carried out psychological repair, and combined with sand table games to explore solutions to solve problems from the three levels of family, school and society, so as to provide strong support for rural revitalization.
