摘要: 社会比较作为个体适应环境的核心认知过程,其与自尊的关系始终是社会心理学研究的焦点。本文探讨了社会比较对自尊的影响机制,并分析了在社交媒体领域、性别差异与文化差异等方面的研究现状。未来研究将结合神经科学与大数据技术,探索干预措施以应对社会比较对自尊的复杂影响,从而促进人们心理健康。
Abstract: Social comparison is the core cognitive process of an individual’s adaptation to the environment, and the relationship between social comparison and self-esteem has always been the focus of social psychology research. This article explores the mechanism of social comparison on self-esteem, and analyses the current state of research in the field of social media, gender differences, and cultural differences. Future research will combine neuroscience and big data technologies to explore interventions to address the complex impact of social comparison on self-esteem, thereby promoting people’s mental health.
