“数智”驱动研究生教育人才培养路径的探索与实践——以化工实验研究方法与技术课程教学为例
Exploration and Practice of the Talent Cultivation Path in Graduate Education Driven by “Digital Intelligence”—A Case Study of the Course Chemical Engineering Experimental Research Methods and Technologies
摘要: 新质生产力是我国全面高质量发展的助推器,研究生教育是培养符合新质生产力发展所需人才的重要组成部分。数字化、智能化的迅速发展,给研究生教育教学不仅带来了机遇,更有诸多挑战。本文以研究生教育中化工实验研究方法与技术课程的教学为例,探索如何借助数智技术助力研究生人才培养的思路,包括促进新时期研究生人才培养体系的构建,推进教育模式变革向纵深发展,构建“数智驱动–虚实结合–智能评价”的全过程教学模式,积极响应国家教育强国号召,满足深度契合数智时代需求的人才培养。
Abstract: New quality productive forces as an accelerator for China’s comprehensive high-quality development, and graduate education plays a pivotal role in cultivating talent aligned with the demands of new quality productivity serving advancement. The rapid advancement of digitalization and intelligentization presents both opportunities and challenges for graduate education. This paper, taking the teaching of Research Methods and Techniques in Chemical Engineering Experiments as an example, explores how digital-intelligent technologies can enhance talent cultivation in graduate education. The study proposes strategies to foster the construction of a graduate talent cultivation system in the new era, advance the in-depth transformation of educational models, and establish a whole-process teaching framework of “digital intelligence-driven instruction, virtual-physical integration, and intelligent evaluation”. These initiatives align with national priorities for building an education powerhouse while addressing the imperative to cultivate talent that meets the demands of the digital-intelligent era.
