支教期间师范生与学生关系现状、存在问题与提升策略

摘要: 本文基于教育调研数据,分析了小学、初中、高中学段学生对师生关系的认知与期望。调研发现,多数学生认为老师应平等对待学生,尊重并理解学生,但在实际受教中仍存在不平等现象。学生对老师的教学态度、交流方式及任务布置等方面提出意见,期望建立更加平等和谐、彼此理解、教学相长的师生关系。针对调研结果,本文提出了基于平等交流、心理关怀及热情主动等策略,以提升师范生在支教期间的师生关系。研究表明,加强师范生的从教素质,促进师生真诚、和谐相处,对优化教学效果、促进学生全面发展具有重要意义。同时,本文也指出了当前师范教育在师生关系建立方面面临的挑战与改进方向。
Abstract: Based on educational survey data, this paper analyzes the perceptions and expectations of primary, junior high, and senior high school students regarding teacher-student relationships. The survey reveals that the majority of students believe teachers should treat students equally, respect and understand them. However, in actual teaching, there are still unequal phenomena. Students have put forward suggestions regarding teachers’ teaching attitudes, communication methods, and task assignments, expressing their desire to establish a more equal, harmonious, mutually understanding, and mutually beneficial teacher-student relationship. In response to the survey results, this paper proposes strategies based on equal communication, psychological care, and proactive engagement to improve the teacher-student relationships of normal students during their teaching support activities. Research indicates that enhancing the teaching qualities of normal students and promoting sincere and harmonious interactions between teachers and students are of great significance for optimizing teaching effectiveness and promoting the all-around development of students. Meanwhile, this paper also points out the challenges and improvement directions faced by current normal education in establishing teacher-student relationships.
