一例乳腺癌放疗患者伤口溃烂护理个案研究

A Case Study on Nursing Care for a Case of Breast Cancer Undergoing Radiotherapy Who Developed Cancerous Wound

摘要: 癌性伤口是由原发性或转移性恶性肿瘤浸润皮肤所形成的开放性的恶性皮肤伤口，多表现为皮肤表面溃疡性伤口、皮肤结节或从皮肤表面扩散生长出的蕈状结节，常累及周围组织、血管及淋巴管，有易出血、渗液多、疼痛、恶臭味等特性，严重影响患者的心理健康和生活质量。我科于2023年9月收治1例乳腺癌伴有癌性伤口的患者，通过清创换药，放射治疗及精细化护理，2个月后患者伤口逐渐缩小，病情稳定，并顺利出院。后经过2个月的随访，患者恢复良好。现将该例患者的护理体会报道如下。

Abstract: Cancerous wound is an open malignant skin wound formed by primary or metastatic malignant tumor infiltrating the skin, which is mostly manifested as ulcerative wound on the skin surface, skin nodule or mushroom nodule spreading from the skin surface, often involving surrounding tissues, blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, and has the characteristics of easy bleeding, excessive exudation, pain and foul smell, which seriously affects patients’ mental health and quality of life. In September, 2023, a case of breast cancer with cancerous wound was treated in our department. After debridement, dressing change, radiotherapy and meticulous nursing, the wound gradually narrowed, the condition was stable and the patient was discharged smoothly. After 2 months of follow-up, the patient recovered well. The nursing experience of this patient is reported as follows.
