新时期师范生眼中的“英语好老师”研究

摘要: 基于新时代教育高质量发展的背景,本研究采用文本编码分析法,探析师范生视角下“英语好老师”的核心特征及其教育意涵。研究发现,其特征集中体现为“四维融合”:人格维度涵盖职业素养、个人修养与专业素养;互动维度包括课堂氛围、学生参与度与课堂管理;教学维度依托生动讲解、多样方法与有序管理;价值维度关注能力提升、文化启迪与兴趣激发。该特征体系突显了英语学科对实践能力、文化素养及情感支持的特定需求,为未来英语教师的培养与专业发展提供了理论参考与实践指导。
Abstract: In the context of advancing high-quality education in the digital age, this study employs textual coding analysis to investigate the core characteristics of a “good English teacher” as perceived by prospective teachers and their educational implications. The findings reveal that these characteristics are concentrated in a “four-dimensional integration”: the personal quality dimension encompasses professional ethics, personal cultivation and specialized literacy; the interactive dimension encompass classroom atmosphere, student engagement and classroom management; the teaching dimension relies on vivid explanation, diverse methodologies and structured classroom management; the value dimension centers on competence enhancement, cultural inspiration and interest stimulation. This characteristic framework highlights the specific demands of the English discipline for practical competence, cultural literacy and affective support, providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for the cultivation and professional development of future English teachers.
