艺术类高校教室资源智能化调度系统研究——基于上海视觉艺术学院的智能排课与动态优化实践
Research on Intelligent Scheduling System for Classroom Resources in Art Universities—Based on the Practice of Intelligent Course Scheduling and Dynamic Optimization at Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts
摘要: 本研究以上海视觉艺术学院为例,探讨了艺术类高校教室资源智能化调度系统的构建与实践。针对艺术类高校教室资源高度差异化与需求非线性之间的矛盾,研究分析了当前教室利用率低(平均26.67%)和资源分配不均衡的问题,提出了基于智能排课与动态优化技术的解决方案。通过优化算法适配艺术类课程的特殊需求、构建动态调度模块、整合跨部门数据以及提升系统实时响应能力,研究预计可将教室利用率提升至40%以上。此外,还提出了低使用率资源激活和高负荷教室压力疏解的具体策略,并探讨了技术实施中的关键挑战与应对方案。
Abstract: This study takes the Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts as an example to explore the construction and practice of an intelligent classroom resource scheduling system in art universities. In response to the contradiction between the highly differentiated classroom resources and the nonlinear demand in art universities, the study analyzes the current problems of low classroom utilization (averaging 26.67%) and uneven resource allocation. A solution based on intelligent course scheduling and dynamic optimization technology is proposed. By optimizing algorithms to accommodate the special needs of art courses, constructing a dynamic scheduling module, integrating cross-departmental data, and enhancing the system’s real-time responsiveness, the study anticipates increasing classroom utilization to over 40%. Furthermore, specific strategies for activating underutilized resources and alleviating pressure on high-load classrooms are proposed, along with a discussion of key challenges and countermeasures in the technical implementation.
