高校心理咨询中存在的问题及对策探讨

Problems and Countermeasure Exploration in University Psychological Counseling

摘要: 高校心理咨询是高校心理健康工作的核心组成部分。目前我国高校的心理咨询在不断发展的同时，也存在诸如心理咨询师专业度参差不齐、学生对心理咨询的认识不足、学生对咨询师的选择有困难、咨访间存在多重关系、学生信息的保密争议、网络平台建设不足的问题。可通过提升心理咨询师专业胜任力、加深学生对心理咨询的认识、注意咨访间多重关系的处理、重视对学生信息的保密处理、优化网络平台建设等方式促进问题的解决。

Abstract: College psychological counseling is a core component of mental health work in colleges and universities. Currently, while psychological counseling in China’s colleges and universities is developing continuously, there are still problems such as uneven professionalism among psychological counselors, students’ insufficient understanding of psychological counseling, students’ difficulties in choosing counselors, multiple relationships between counselors and clients, disputes over the confidentiality of students’ information, and inadequate development of online platforms. These issues can be promoted to be solved by enhancing the professional competence of psychological counselors, deepening students’ understanding of psychological counseling, properly handling multiple relationships between counselors and clients, attaching importance to the confidentiality of students’ information, and optimizing the construction of online platforms.
