摘要: 《现代企业管理》是管理类的一门重要课程,通过课程思政改革探索,最大限度地挖掘《现代企业管理》课堂教学的育人功能,是一项非常重要的任务。本文重新设计了包含思政维度的教学目标,系统性地梳理了课程各章节知识点与思政元素的对应关系。为了将思政元素具体化,设计了典型企业管理的教学案例,旨在展现中国企业的管理实践与家国情怀。最后,以“华为鸿蒙系统”案例课堂讨论方案为例展示了深度教学设计。在教学实施过程中,提出了通过小组讨论、角色扮演及企业实践场景展现等教学方法,帮助学生树立企业管理思维模式,培养学生企业社会责任观念,从而实现思政育人的目标。
Abstract: Modern enterprise management is an important course of management. It is a very important task to explore through the reform of ideological and political education and maximize the educational function of classroom teaching in “Modern Enterprise Management”. This paper redesigns teaching objectives that incorporate ideological and political dimensions, systematically sorting out the corresponding relationship between the knowledge points of each chapter of the course and the ideological and political elements. To materialize the ideological and political elements, teaching cases of typical enterprise management have been designed, aiming to showcase the management practices and family-country feelings of Chinese enterprises. Finally, the in-depth teaching design is demonstrated with the example of the classroom discussion plan for the “Huawei HarmonyOS” case. In the process of teaching implementation, through task group discussion, role-playing, Presentation of Enterprise Practice Scenarios and other teaching methods, students are helped to establish the thinking mode of enterprise management and cultivate their concept of corporate social responsibility, so as to achieve the goal of ideological and political education.
