数字化转型对贵州省高质量发展的影响机制研究

Research on the Impact Mechanism of Digital Transformation on High-Quality Development in Guizhou Province

摘要: 本文以2013~2023年贵州省九个地级市为研究对象，运用个体固定效应模型和中介效应分析方法，系统考察了数字化转型对高质量发展的影响机制。研究发现：(1) 数字化转型显著促进了贵州省高质量发展，且对智慧城市试点的促进作用更强。(2) 数字化转型通过提升创新能力间接推动高质量发展，但技术成果转化效率不足制约了创新驱动的充分释放。(3) 数字化转型对高质量发展存在显著的空间溢出效应，出现资源向数字化水平较高的城市集中的现象。基于此，就加强数字基础设施的均衡布局、完善创新生态系统建设、实施差异化的区域支持政策等提出政策性建议。

Abstract: This paper takes nine prefecture-level cities in Guizhou Province from 2013 to 2023 as the research subjects, and employs the individual fixed-effects model and mediation effect analysis method to systematically investigate the impact mechanism of digital transformation on high-quality development. The research findings are as follows: (1) Digital transformation significantly promotes high-quality development in Guizhou Province, and its promotional effect is stronger on smart city pilots. (2) Digital transformation indirectly drives high-quality development by enhancing innovation capabilities, but the insufficient efficiency of technology transfer constrains the full release of innovation drive. (3) Digital transformation has a significant spatial spillover effect on high-quality development, resulting in the concentration of resources towards cities with higher digitalization levels. Based on this, policy recommendations are proposed to strengthen the balanced layout of digital infrastructure, improve the construction of the innovation ecosystem, and implement differentiated regional support policies.
