跨境电商发展对我国出口企业国际市场拓展的路径与策略研究
Research on the Paths and Strategies for the International Market Expansion of China’s Export Enterprises in the Development of Cross-Border E-Commerce
摘要: 跨境电商的迅速发展为我国出口企业拓展国际市场提供了新的路径。本文立足于跨境电商的发展实践,系统分析其在市场渠道拓展、数字技术应用、品牌建设和供应链协同等方面的作用,并探讨其对企业国际化进程的推动效果。研究发现,跨境电商通过线上平台与数字化工具,降低了中小企业进入国际市场的门槛,改善了交易效率和资源配置能力,提升了企业在全球竞争中的适应性与韧性。在全球贸易保护主义抬头和国际规则日益趋严的背景下,跨境电商企业也面临数字税收、数据合规、跨境支付和贸易摩擦等多重挑战。制度性壁垒不仅加大了企业的合规成本,也增加了市场拓展的不确定性。跨境电商对促进企业国际化具有显著推动作用,但其持续发展仍有赖于政策支持、合规管理以及国际合作等多方面的协同保障。
Abstract: The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has provided new avenues for Chinese export enterprises to expand into international markets. This paper, based on the practical development of cross-border e-commerce, systematically analyzes its role in market channel expansion, digital technology adoption, brand building, and supply chain collaboration, as well as its impact on promoting enterprise internationalization. The findings suggest that cross-border e-commerce, through online platforms and digital tools, lowers the threshold for small and medium-sized enterprises to enter international markets, improves transaction efficiency and resource allocation, and enhances firms’ adaptability and resilience in global competition. However, under the rise of trade protectionism and increasingly stringent international regulations, cross-border e-commerce enterprises face multiple challenges, including digital taxation, data compliance, cross-border payment restrictions, and trade frictions. These institutional barriers not only increase compliance costs but also add uncertainty to market expansion. Overall, cross-border e-commerce plays a significant role in advancing enterprise internationalization, yet its sustainable development still relies on policy support, compliance management, and international cooperation.
