基于CIPP模式对临床医学专业订单定向免费医学生医患沟通能力培养的评价研究

摘要: 目的:为全面深入了解我校临床医学专业订单定向免费医学生医患沟通能力培养情况,应用CIPP评价模式对临床医学专业订单定向免费医学生医患沟通能力培养情况开展研究。方法:以学生的医患沟通能力培养情况为研究对象,以来自学校附属肿瘤医院的2017级临床医学专业40名完成全部毕业实习科室轮转的订单定向免费医学生为调查对象,以CIPP评价模式为基础,参考临床医学专业评估指导性文件,构建医患沟通能力培养情况评价指标体系,涉及背景、输入、过程、成果4个维度,包括对课程、教师、学生、目标达成度、满意度等方面评价;并以此为基础制作调查问卷,对学生展开调查研究。结果:共发放问卷40份,共收回问卷40份,有效问卷40份,问卷回收率100%,问卷有效率100%。整体上课程、教师、学生、目标达成度、满意度各二级指标的评价得分均高于理论均值,表明医患沟通能力培养目标设置合理,教学方案设置可行,实施情况良好,培养目标达成度较好,得到大多数学生认可。结论:通过应用CIPP评价模式对我校临床医学专业订单定向免费医学生医患沟通培养情况进行评价研究,有助于摸清学校教学现状,明确了在实现人才培养目标、教学内容与方法、课程资源及教学团队方面有待进一步完善,从而不断提升人才培养能力,培养出更多具有“仁心仁术”的全科医生。
Abstract: Objective: In order to comprehensively and deeply understand the cultivation of physician-patient communication ability of order-oriented free medical students majoring in clinical medicine in our school, the CIPP evaluation model was used to study the cultivation of physician-patient communication ability of order-oriented free medical students majoring in clinical medicine. Methods: Taking the cultivation of students’ physician-patient communication ability as the research object, taking 40 order-oriented free medical students who completed the rotation of all graduation internship departments from your 2017 clinical medicine major from the school affiliated tumor hospital as the survey object, based on the CIPP evaluation model, referring to the clinical medical professional evaluation guidance document, combined with the training practice, the evaluation index system of physician-patient communication ability training was constructed, involving four dimensions of background, input, process and result, including the evaluation of curriculum, teachers, students, goal achievement, satisfaction and so on. Based on this, a questionnaire was made to investigate the students. Results: A total of 40 questionnaires were distributed, 40 questionnaires were recovered, 40 valid questionnaires, the recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100 %, and the effective rate of the questionnaire was 100%. The evaluation scores of the second-level indicators of the overall curriculum, teachers, students, goal achievement and satisfaction are higher than the theoretical mean, indicating that the training objectives of doctor-patient communication ability are reasonable, the teaching program is feasible, the implementation is good, and the training objectives are achieved. Good, recognized by most students. Conclusion: Through the application of CIPP evaluation model to evaluate the training of physician-patient communication for order-oriented free medical students majoring in clinical medicine in our school, it is helpful to find out the current teaching situation of the school, and to clarify that the goal of talent training, teaching content and methods, curriculum resources and teaching team need to be further improved, so as to continuously improve the ability of talent training and cultivate more general practitioners with “benevolence and benevolent leechcraft”.
