分层干预与系统预防:学校心理健康三级体系的构建路径探索与思考
Hierarchical Intervention and Systematic Prevention: Exploration and Reflection on the Construction Path of the Three-Level School Mental Health System
摘要: 近年来,学生心理问题频发,心理健康教育亟待系统化、科学化发展。构建以“分层干预、系统预防”为核心的学校心理健康三级服务体系,已成为当前心理健康教育的重要发展方向。本文基于我国中小学心理健康教育现状,借鉴国内外有效经验,探讨心理健康教育三级预防体系的理论基础与结构设计,提出实践构建路径,旨在为推动心理健康服务专业化、常态化、精准化提供理论支持与实践参考。
Abstract: In recent years, the frequent occurrence of student mental health problems has underscored the urgent need for a more systematic and scientific approach to mental health education. The construction of a three-level school mental health service system, centered on “layered intervention” and “systematic prevention”, has become a key direction in the development of mental health education. Based on the current state of mental health education in Chinese primary and secondary schools and drawing on effective practices both domestically and internationally, this paper explores the theoretical foundations and structural design of the three-level prevention framework. It further proposes practical construction pathways, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for advancing the professionalization, normalization, and precision of school mental health services.
