摘要: 随着科技的持续发展,烟草产业中的机械自动化技术的进步和应用已经变成了提高生产效益和产品品质的核心要素,但设备老化,维护成本提高,行业标准化程度不高,技术更新换代速度加快,对烟草行业提出挑战。针对上述困境,文章通过梳理智能制造与工业4.0在流程工业的应用现状,提出实施预防性维护与远程监控、推进行业关键标准统一、布局前瞻性研发课题等具体策略,并结合图表分析增强实践指导性,为烟草行业机械自动化技术的升级提供参考。
Abstract: With the continuous advancement of science and technology, the advancement and application of mechanical automation technology in the tobacco industry has become a core element in improving production efficiency and product quality. However, aging equipment, rising maintenance costs, a low level of industry standardization, and an accelerated pace of technological upgrading pose challenges to the tobacco industry. To address these challenges, this article examines the current status of intelligent manufacturing and Industry 4.0 applications in process industries and proposes specific strategies, including implementing preventive maintenance and remote monitoring, promoting the unification of key industry standards, and developing forward-looking research and development projects. The article also incorporates charts and graphs to enhance practical guidance, providing a reference for upgrading mechanical automation technology in the tobacco industry.
