日本老年人再就业的影响因素分析

摘要: 日本正面临严峻的老龄化问题,劳动力市场的紧张愈发明显。近年来,日本老年人的再就业率持续上升,反映出老年人在社会经济活动中的重要作用。为制定有效的再就业政策,明确影响老年人就业的关键因素至关重要。年龄、性别和家庭结构等个人特征会影响老年人的再就业意愿,而健康状况则直接关系到其就业能力。然而,老年人的体力和技能水平并不会因退休而迅速衰退,因此为有意愿继续工作的老年人提供就业机会尤为必要。政府政策改革与社会支持服务对提升老年人的就业能力具有重要的推动作用。
Abstract: Japan is increasingly confronted with the challenges of an aging population, which has led to a tightening labor market. In recent years, the reemployment rate among the elderly in Japan has steadily risen, reflecting the significant role that older individuals play in socio-economic activities. Identifying the factors that influence elderly employment is crucial for formulating effective employment policies for this demographic. Personal characteristics such as age, gender, and family structure impact the willingness of older adults to seek reemployment, while health status directly affects their employability. However, the physical capabilities and skill sets of older adults do not decline sharply upon retirement, indicating the necessity of providing job opportunities for those who wish to continue working. Reforms in government policies and the provision of reemployment support services by society play a positive role in enhancing the employment capabilities of the elderly.
