县级医疗机构驻科药师工作的实践与思考
Practice and Reflection on the Work of Resident Pharmacists in County-Level Medical Institutions
摘要: 随着国家临床药师制度的深化推进,驻科药师作为临床治疗团队的核心成员,其工作模式创新成为提升合理用药水平的关键抓手。驻科药师工作模式是指临床药师定驻在临床科室与医护一起参与临床工作。其优点在于为患者提供更全面、更细致的药学服务的同时,也为药师自身提供了深入临床实践学习的宝贵机会。我院自2021年起开始尝试驻科药师工作模式,基本形成了以药物治疗、科室培训、临床科研三个组成部分为基础的工作体系,并注意到临床科室办公场地不够、考核制度不完善等因素可能制约了驻科药师工作模式的进一步推广。
Abstract: With the deepening and advancement of the national clinical pharmacist system, as the core members of the clinical treatment team, the innovation of the working mode of resident pharmacists has become a key approach to enhancing the level of rational drug use. The working mode of resident pharmacists refers to the practice where clinical pharmacists are stationed in clinical departments and participate in clinical work together with medical staff. Its advantage lies in providing patients with more comprehensive and meticulous pharmaceutical services while also offering pharmacists themselves a valuable opportunity for in-depth clinical practice learning. Since 2021, our hospital has begun to experiment with the resident pharmacist working model, and has basically formed a working system based on three components: drug treatment, departmental training, and clinical research. We have also noticed that factors such as insufficient office space in clinical departments and an imperfect assessment system may have restricted the further promotion of the resident pharmacist working model.
