摘要: 新时代我国高等教育改革进入深水区,应用型本科院校作为高等教育体系的重要组成部分,其发展面临新的机遇与挑战。文科教育在培养创新人才、传承文化、服务社会等方面具有不可替代的作用。然而,应用型本科文科院校教师在专业成长过程中,普遍存在动力不足、路径模糊、机制不健全等问题。本文立足于新时代高等教育改革背景,聚焦应用型本科文科院校,运用文献研究法、案例分析法、访谈法等,深入剖析当前教师专业成长动力机制的现状、困境与成因。在此基础上,构建一个包含“内在驱动、组织赋能、环境支持、评价激励”四位一体的教师专业成长动力机制模型,并提出相应的优化策略,旨在为激发教师内生动力、提升教师队伍整体素质、促进应用型本科文科院校高质量发展提供理论参考和实践路径。
Abstract: In the new era, China’s higher education reform has entered a deep water zone, and applied undergraduate colleges, as an important component of the higher education system, face new opportunities and challenges in their development. Liberal arts education plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating innovative talents, inheriting culture, and serving society. However, teachers in applied undergraduate liberal arts colleges generally face problems such as insufficient motivation, unclear paths, and inadequate mechanisms in their professional growth process. This article is based on the background of higher education reform in the new era, focusing on applied undergraduate liberal arts colleges. Using literature research, case analysis, interview methods, etc., it deeply analyzes the current status, difficulties, and causes of the driving mechanism of teacher professional growth. On this basis, a teacher professional growth motivation mechanism model that includes “intrinsic drive, organizational empowerment, environmental support, and evaluation incentives” is constructed, and corresponding optimization strategies are proposed, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical paths for stimulating teachers’ intrinsic motivation, improving the overall quality of the teaching staff, and promoting the high-quality development of applied undergraduate liberal arts colleges.
