基于OBE理念的情景模拟实验教学法对中医类高职院校护生评判性思维能力的影响效果分析

摘要: 目的:探索基于OBE理念的情景模拟实验教学法对中医类高职院校护生评判性思维能力的影响效果。方法:选择我校二年级的护理学专业学生,共计2个班68名同学参与研究,其中护理一班采取常规教学模式(32名)——对照组;二班采取基于OBE理念的情景模拟实验教学法(36名)——观察组;观察两组学生的实践操作能力以及评判性思维能力。结果:实施不同的教学模式前,对两组的各项评判性思维能力进行比较,差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。实施不同的教学模式后,观察组寻找实践操作能力、真相能力、分析能力、系统化能力、求知欲以及认知成熟度均提高明显,两组比较,差异具统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:基于OBE理念的情景模拟实验教学法可有效提高中医类高职院校护生评判性思维能力,批评思维的自信心以及开放思想仍需进一步完善。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept-based scenario simulation experimental teaching method on the critical thinking ability of nursing students in traditional Chinese medicine higher vocational colleges. Methods: A total of 68 second-year nursing students from two classes were included in the study. Class 1 (32 students) received conventional teaching methods (control group), while Class 2 (36 students) was taught using the OBE concept-based scenario simulation experimental teaching method (observation group). The practical operational ability and critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared. Results: Before implementing the different teaching methods, there were no statistically significant differences in critical thinking ability between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the observation group showed significant improvements in practical operational ability, truth-seeking, analytical ability, systematicity, inquisitiveness, and cognitive maturity. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The OBE concept-based scenario simulation experimental teaching method can effectively enhance the critical thinking ability of nursing students in traditional Chinese medicine higher vocational colleges. However, further improvements are needed in critical thinking, self-confidence, and open-mindedness.
