摘要: 杂色烟叶的形成贯穿“田间–采收–烘烤”全流程。田间管理不足是基础诱因,氮肥过量或钾素缺乏导致烟叶贪青晚熟、抗逆性下降,易受赤星病、蚜虫等生物胁迫形成病斑;采收成熟度偏差是关键环节,未达工艺成熟度的烟叶含青量高,烘烤后易残留青痕;过熟叶组织疏松,易受机械损伤或微生物侵染形成熏斑;调制操作不规范是直接推手,绑竿密度不均,过密导致局部高温高湿形成蒸片,过稀则温湿度散失过快引发挂灰,装烤混装,以及烘烤阶段变黄期升温过快造成叶绿素分解不彻底、定色期排湿滞后造成多酚氧化酶活性未及时抑制等,均会加剧杂色形成。通过全流程精准管控,有效将我市杂色烟比例降低至5.5%以下,显著提升烟叶外观质量与内在品质,为烟农增产增收及烟叶产业高质量发展提供技术支撑。
Abstract: The formation of variegated tobacco leaves occurs throughout the entire process from the field to harvesting and then to curing. Inadequate field management is the fundamental contributing factor, excess nitrogen fertilizer or potassium deficiency leads to delayed maturity and reduced stress resistance of tobacco leaves, it is prone to biological stress from diseases such as brown spot disease and aphids, which can lead to the formation of lesions; The key issue is the deviation in harvest maturity; The deviation in harvest maturity is a crucial aspect. Tobacco leaves that have not reached the desired maturity level tend to have a high content of green color, which can easily leave green marks after being roasted; Overripe leaves have loose tissue, which is prone to mechanical damage or microbial infection, leading to the formation of smoky spots; Non-standard modulation operations are the direct cause, uneven binding rod density, overcrowding leads to the formation of steam patches due to local high temperature and humidity, if it is too thin, the temperature and humidity will dissipate too quickly, causing dust accumulation, the formation of mottling can be exacerbated by factors such as mixed loading and roasting, as well as incomplete decomposition of chlorophyll due to rapid temperature rise during the yellowing phase of the baking stage, and delayed moisture release during the color fixation phase, which leads to the failure to promptly inhibit polyphenol oxidase activity. Through precise control throughout the entire process, the proportion of mixed-color tobacco in our city has been effectively reduced to below 5.5%, significantly enhancing the appearance and intrinsic quality of tobacco leaves. This provides technical support for tobacco farmers to increase production and income, as well as for the high-quality development of the tobacco industry.
