摘要: 本文深入探讨了AI在高校机关工作中的应用现状、能效提升机制、流程优化策略和伦理安全问题。文章发现，AI在高校机关工作中应用类型丰富多样，但应用程度各高校间存在差异。通过AI赋能提高高校机关工作服务能效，要从技术和管理层面协同发展，充分梳理现有工作流程，利用AI技术进行优化，同时，伦理与安全问题也不容忽视。研究对推动高校机关合理应用AI，助力高校机关工作高质量发展具有重要理论价值和实践意义。

Abstract: This paper explores the current status of AI applications in university administrative work, efficiency improvement mechanisms, process optimization strategies, and ethical safety issues. The article finds that AI applications in university administrative work are diverse, but the degree of application varies across institutions. Improving the efficiency of university administrative services through AI empowerment requires coordinated development at the technical and management levels, thoroughly analysing existing workflows and leveraging AI for optimization. At the same time, ethical and safety issues must not be neglected. This research has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the rational application of AI in university administrative work and contributing to the high-quality development of university administrative work.
