项目式教学在应用型人才培养中的创新实践
Project-Based Learning: An Innovative Approach to Cultivating Applied Talents
摘要: 本文通过案例剖析结合目前对四川文理学院化学化工学院近年来的教学改革实践经验,提出了以产教融合、科创助力为指导思想进行项目设置;以项目为载体,强化问题导向学习;基于学科交叉和工程实践创新能力培养设计的学习内容,经过课程体系和课程建设最终形成教学模式——项目式教学。研究表明,此种教学模式培养了学生的科研素养和工程实践能力,学生参与的项目在国际大学生创新大赛、全国化工设计大赛等竞赛中获国家级和省级奖项。最后通过四川文理学院化学化工学院近年来的教学改革,总结出新工科背景下地方高校人才培养改革的经验和成效,为其他高校的人才培养改革提供了新的思路借鉴和参考。
Abstract: This paper presents an innovative project-based learning (PBL) approach for cultivating applied talents, drawing upon recent pedagogical reforms at the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Sichuan University of Arts and Science. Guided by the principles of industry-education integration and research-driven innovation, we designed projects to serve as vehicles for problem-oriented learning. The curriculum was developed to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and enhance practical engineering skills, ultimately forming a distinct PBL teaching model. Our findings indicate that this model effectively cultivates students’ research acumen and engineering capabilities. Students participating in these projects have achieved national and provincial awards in competitions such as the International College Students Innovation Competition and the National Chemical Engineering Design Competition. This paper concludes by summarizing the experiences and achievements of Sichuan University of Arts and Science’s recent pedagogical reforms under the New Engineering Education framework. It offers valuable insights and a novel framework for talent cultivation reform in other institutions.
