OBE理念下经管类高等数学教学改革与探索
Reform and Exploration of Higher Mathematics Teaching for Economics and Management under the OBE Concept
摘要: 基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,本文针对当前经管类高等数学教学中存在的突出问题——教材内容与专业需求脱节、教学方法缺乏多样性以及学生学习动力不足等,从课程体系重构、教学方法创新和评价机制优化三个层面系统性地提出了教学改革方案。具体而言,通过构建“基础理论–专业应用–实践创新”三位一体的模块化课程体系,实施以案例教学和项目驱动为核心的混合式教学模式,建立兼顾过程性评价与成果性评价的多元化考核体系,旨在全面提升学生的数学建模能力、专业应用能力和创新思维能力,为培养适应数字经济时代需求的高素质经管人才提供有力支撑。
Abstract: Based on the concept of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), this paper systematically puts forward a teaching reform plan from the three levels of curriculum restructuring, teaching method innovation and evaluation mechanism optimization to address the outstanding problems in the current teaching of higher mathematics in economics and management—disconnection between textbook content and professional needs, lack of diversity in teaching methods, and insufficient motivation of students to learn. The reform plan is carried out from three aspects: curriculum system reconfiguration, teaching method innovation, and evaluation mechanism optimization. Specifically, by constructing a modularized curriculum system of “basic theory-professional application-practical innovation”, implementing a hybrid teaching mode with case teaching and project-driven as the core, and establishing a diversified assessment system taking into account process evaluation and outcome evaluation, we aim to comprehensively improve the students’ mathematical modeling ability, professional application ability and innovative thinking ability, and provide strong support for cultivating high-quality economic and management talents who can adapt to the needs of the era of digital economy.
