课程思政视域下大学英语教师教学评价素养研究
A Study on College English Teachers’ Teaching Evaluation Literacy from the Perspective of Curriculum Ideology and Politics
摘要: 随着课程思政理念的深入,大学英语教师不仅需要具备扎实的语言教学能力,还应在教学评价中融入思政教育元素,以提升学生的综合素质。本文旨在探讨大学英语教师在课程思政视域下的教学评价素养,分析其构成要素、现状与挑战,并提出相应的提升策略。研究发现,大学英语教师在教学评价理念、方法、内容及反馈等方面存在不足,建议通过加强培训、完善评价体系、促进教师交流与合作等方式,提升大学英语教师的教学评价素养,更好地实现课程思政目标。
Abstract: With the deepening of the ideology of curriculum-based political and ideological education, college English teachers need not only possess solid language teaching abilities but also integrate political and ideological education elements into teaching evaluation to enhance students’ overall qualities. This paper aims to explore the teaching evaluation literacy of college English teachers from the perspective of curriculum-based political and ideological education, analyze its constituent elements, current situation, and challenges, and propose corresponding strategies for improvement. The study found that college English teachers have deficiencies in teaching evaluation concepts, methods, content, and feedback. Therefore, it is recommended to improve college English teachers’ teaching evaluation literacy and better achieve the goals of curriculum-based political and ideological education by strengthening training, improving the evaluation system, and promoting teacher exchange and cooperation.
