商务英语专业“三段四环”课程思政教学实践创新——以“跨文化商务交际”课程为例
The Innovative Practice of “Three-Stage Four-Link” Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education in Business English—A Case Study of the Course “Intercultural Business Communication”
摘要: 针对商务英语专业如何落实立德树人根本任务,如何使专业课程内容充分融合思政教育、完善评价体系以及提升学生反思能力等问题,以专业课程“跨文化商务交际”为例,以“培养学生正确三观”为思政育人核心,构建“三段四环”教学实践模式。“三段”是教学结构,包括“课前、课中、课后”三个阶段,“四环”是教学环节,包括“驱动–促成–评价–拓展”四个环节。在教学过程中设计多层次教学活动,讲练交叉,着力培养具备较强跨文化交际能力、拥有中国情怀和国际视野的复合型商务英语专业人才。
Abstract: Regarding how to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in the Business English major, and how to fully integrate ideological and political education into professional course content, improve the evaluation system, and enhance students’ reflective abilities, this study takes the professional course “Intercultural Business Communication” as an example. With the cultivation of students’ correct values, outlook on life, and worldview (the “three outlooks”) as the core of ideological and political education, a “Three-Stage Four-Link” teaching practice model is constructed. The “Three Stages” refer to the teaching structure, comprising “pre-class, in-class, and post-class” phases, while the “Four Links” denote the teaching procedures, including “motivation, facilitation, evaluation, and extension”. During the teaching process, multi-level instructional activities are designed with an integrated approach of explanation and practice, aiming to cultivate well-rounded Business English professionals who possess strong intercultural communication skills, a deep sense of Chinese cultural identity, and a global perspective.
