基于云随访平台的个案护理管理模式在大隐静脉曲张日间手术中的应用

Application of Cloud Follow up Continuation Nursing in Varicose Vein Day Surgery

摘要: 目的：探究基于云随访平台的个案护理管理模式在大隐静脉曲张日间手术护理管理中的价值。方法：本研究选取2023年7月至2024年7月间，重庆医科大学附属永川医院血管外科180例接受大隐静脉曲张日间手术的患者作为研究对象。随机分组后，对照组采用常规的日间手术护理模式，而实验组则在对照组的基础上，在云随访系统基础上运用个案护理管理模式进行照护。通过对比两组患者疾病护理知识分数、术后并发症、术后疼痛及护理满意度情况，评估术后随访在提升护理质量方面的作用。结果：观察组患者术后疾病护理知识程度评分显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)；相应的术后1周随访时观察组有14例出现术后并发症，低于对照组41例，其中以术后疼痛(P < 0.05)、瘀斑(P < 0.05)为主，两组患者皮下血肿、感染发生情况无明显差异，两组均未出现深静脉血栓并发症；两组患者术后护理总满意度相比无明显差异(P > 0.05)。结论：基于云随访平台的个案护理管理模式在大隐静脉曲张日间手术随访中应用可以提高患者自身疾病护理知识水平，术后疼痛和瘀斑等并发症的发生率也明显降低。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the value of the case management model based on the cloud follow-up platform in the nursing management of varicose veins of the great saphenous vein in day surgery. Methods: This study selected 180 patients who underwent varicose veins of the great saphenous vein day surgery in the Vascular Surgery Department of The Affiliated Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from July 2023 to July 2024 as the research subjects. After random grouping, the control group adopted the conventional day surgery nursing model, while the experimental group, on the basis of the control group, provided care by applying the case management model on the cloud follow-up system. By comparing the scores of disease care knowledge, postoperative complications, postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction between the two groups, the role of postoperative follow-up in improving the quality of care was evaluated. Results: The score of postoperative disease care knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); at the 1-week postoperative follow-up, 14 cases in the observation group had postoperative complications, which was lower than 41 cases in the control group. The main complications were postoperative pain (P < 0.05) and ecchymosis (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the occurrence of subcutaneous hematoma and infection between the two groups, and no deep vein thrombosis complications occurred in either group. There was no significant difference in the total satisfaction of postoperative care between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The application of the case management model based on the cloud follow-up platform in the follow-up of patients undergoing ambulatory surgery for varicose veins of the great saphenous vein can improve patients’ self-awareness of disease care knowledge, and the incidence of postoperative complications such as pain and ecchymosis is also significantly reduced.
