摘要: 在新时代高等教育改革背景下，基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的“医学免疫学”课程思政建设显得尤为重要。以OBE理念为指导，探讨医学免疫学课程中融入思政教育的必要性，培养具有职业道德、社会责任感的医学人才。分析医学免疫学课程当前教学中的问题与思政建设现状，指出了不足之处。提出了基于OBE理念的课程思政建设路径，从思政目标设定、课程内容设计、教学方法创新及评价机制等方面进行了全面探讨。教学实践分析了其成效与反馈，根据研究提出优化课程设计的政策建议。将OBE理念与思政教育有机结合，为医学教育中的课程思政建设提供了新思路与参考。

Abstract: In the context of higher education reform in the new era, the ideological and political education construction of the “Medical Immunology” course based on the Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) philosophy has become particularly crucial. Guided by OBE principles, this study explores the necessity of integrating ideological and political education into Medical Immunology courses to cultivate medical professionals with professional ethics and social responsibility. It analyzes current teaching issues and the status quo of ideological and political construction in Medical Immunology courses, identifying existing shortcomings. The paper proposes pathways for curriculum-based ideological and political education construction under OBE principles, conducting comprehensive discussions on setting educational objectives, designing course content, innovating teaching methods, and establishing evaluation mechanisms. Through practical teaching analysis, it evaluates implementation outcomes and provides policy recommendations for optimizing course design. By organically combining OBE principles with ideological and political education, this research offers new approaches and references for curriculum-based ideological and political construction in medical education.
