孙远征教授调神针刺法治疗失眠的临床经验

Sun Yuanzheng’s Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Insomnia with Tiaoshen Acupuncture Method

摘要: 总结孙远征教授调神针刺法治疗失眠的理论基础与临床操作规范。基于《黄帝内经》“形神合一”理论，分别阐述了神、神与心、神与脑对失眠的影响，孙远征教授提出调神针刺法治疗本病，关键在于以百会、神庭调脑神，以神门、内关调心神，同时配合辨证取穴。本案列举了1例心脾两虚型失眠患者，治疗后效果明显，且随访半年未再复发。孙远征教授以其多年临床实践，总结出调神针刺法治疗失眠的经验，彰显了针刺治疗的优势，为医者同仁提供又一新的思路。

Abstract: This summarizes Professor Sun Yuanzheng’s theoretical basis and clinical operational guidelines for the treatment of insomnia using the Tiaoshen Acupuncture Method. Based on the “Unity of Vitality and Spirit” theory from the Huangdineijing, it elaborates on the impacts of spirit, the relationship between spirit and heart, and between spirit and brain on insomnia. Professor Sun proposes that the key to treating this condition with the Tiaoshen Acupuncture Method lies in regulating brain vitality through Baihui and Shenting acupoints and calming heart spirit through Shenmen and Neiguan acupoints, while also incorporating syndrome differentiation for point selection. An example of a patient suffering from insomnia due to dual deficiency of heart and spleen is presented, showing significant improvement after treatment and no recurrence in the six-month follow-up. Drawing from many years of clinical practice, Professor Sun has summarized his experiences in using the Tiaoshen Acupuncture Method to treat insomnia, highlighting the advantages of acupuncture treatment and providing another innovative approach for fellow practitioners.
