人工智能时代劳动异化危机探析

An Analysis of the Crisis of Labor Alienation in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

摘要: 随着科技的飞速发展，人工智能时代已经来临。智能机器在带来生活便利的同时，也显著替代了部分劳动力，改变了劳动者的地位，并引发了劳动异化危机，呈现出不同于以往的新特征。本文基于劳动者与劳动对象、劳动活动相异化，以及人同人的类本质和人与人相异化四个维度，探讨人工智能时代劳动异化危机的具体表现，包括智能物的世界增值与人的世界贬值、精神满足与价值实现的颠覆、动物性与机械性的双重倒退，以及全球化背景下利益群体对立的加剧等。在新的生产力和技术条件下，应在深入分析人工智能时代劳动异化特征的基础上，从劳动手段、制度保障、共同富裕和全球合作等多个层面提出应对策略，以化解当前面临的劳动异化危机。

Abstract: With the rapid advancement of technology, the era of artificial intelligence has arrived. While intelligent machines bring convenience to daily life, they have also significantly displaced portions of the workforce, altering the status of laborers and precipitating a crisis of labor alienation that exhibits novel characteristics distinct from previous eras. This paper examines the specific manifestations of the crisis of labor alienation in the AI era through four dimensions: the differentiation between workers and their objects of labor, the alienation of labor activities, the human essence of human-to-human relations, and the alienation between individuals. These include the world-value appreciation of intelligent objects and the world-value depreciation of humans, the subversion of spiritual fulfilment and value realization, the dual regression into animalistic and mechanical tendencies, and the intensification of opposing interest groups within a globalized context. Under new productive forces and technological conditions, strategies to address the current crisis of labor alienation should be formulated at multiple levels—including labor tools, institutional safeguards, common prosperity, and global cooperation—based on an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of labor alienation in the AI era.
