高质量发展背景下幼儿园劳动教育课程游戏化研究
Research on Gamification of Kindergarten Labor Education Curriculum under the Background of High-Quality Development
摘要: 在教育高质量发展背景下,劳动教育作为幼儿园教育的关键组成部分,其实施形式与内容亟待创新和优化。本研究以游戏化教育理念为指导,聚焦幼儿园劳动教育课程中存在的形式化、趣味性不足等现实问题,搭建了包含趣味性、情境性、主体性和体验性相结合的课程框架,探索其设计与落地路径。本研究通过访谈法、观察法和案例分析法,对重庆市三所不同类型幼儿园(公立、私立、普惠性民办)的劳动教育课程现状进行调研,设计了自我服务劳动、集体服务劳动和种养殖劳动三类典型课程,采用角色扮演、任务驱动和竞赛机制等策略强化课程趣味性和互动性。结果表明,游戏化劳动教育课程不仅显著增强了幼儿的劳动意识、劳动技能和劳动情感,还切实增强了孩子参与劳动的积极性与主动性,同时为教师提供了课程设计创新思路,可为幼儿园劳动教育课程的改革与推广提供理论支持和实践参考。
Abstract: In the context of high-quality development of education, labor education, as a key component of kindergarten education, urgently needs innovation and optimization in its implementation form and content. This study is guided by the concept of gamified education, focusing on the practical problems of formalism and lack of interest in kindergarten labor education curriculum. It constructs a curriculum framework that combines interest, situationality, subjectivity, and experientiality, and explores its design and implementation path. This study investigated the current status of labor education courses in three different types of kindergartens (public, private, and inclusive private) in Chongqing through interview, observation, and case analysis methods. Three typical courses were designed: self-service labor, collective service labor, and breeding labor. Role playing, task driven, and competition mechanisms were used to enhance the fun and interactivity of the courses. The results indicate that gamified labor education courses not only significantly increase children’s labor awareness, skills, and emotions, but also effectively enhance their enthusiasm and initiative to participate in labor. At the same time, it provides teachers with innovative ideas for curriculum design, which can provide theoretical support and practical reference for the reform and promotion of labor education courses in kindergartens.
