职业教育课程体系建设与改革实践——以重庆市为例
Construction and Reform Practice of the Vocational Education Curriculum System—A Case Study of Chongqing
摘要: 职业教育作为培养技术技能人才的核心载体,其课程体系建设直接关系到人才培养质量与产业需求的适配度。当前职业教育课程体系面临与产业发展脱节、实践环节薄弱、评价机制单一等问题,改革实践需围绕“产教融合、实践导向、能力本位”展开。本文以中国职业教育体系为研究背景,选取重庆市作为典型案例,结合国际比较视角,围绕职业教育课程体系建设的核心方向,分析改革实践中的关键路径,探讨中国模式在推进产教融合、能力本位课程开发等方面的独特性与可借鉴性,并提出优化策略及其实施中可能面临的挑战,旨在为构建适配产业需求、提升学生技能的职业教育课程体系提供参考,助力职业教育高质量发展。
Abstract: As the core vehicle for cultivating technical and skilled talents, the construction of the vocational education curriculum system is directly related to the alignment between talent training quality and industrial demands. The current vocational education curriculum system faces issues such as disconnection from industrial development, weak practical components, and a singular evaluation mechanism. Reform practices need to focus on “industry-education integration, practice-orientation, and competency-based” approaches. Against the backdrop of China’s vocational education system, this paper selects Chongqing Municipality as a typical case study. Incorporating an international comparative perspective, it analyzes the core directions for constructing the vocational education curriculum system and the key pathways in reform practices. It explores the uniqueness and transferability of the Chinese model in promoting industry-education integration and competency-based curriculum development, while proposing optimization strategies and discussing potential implementation challenges. The aim is to provide references for building a vocational education curriculum system that aligns with industry needs and enhances student skills, thereby facilitating the high-quality development of vocational education.
