摘要: 培养人才是学校办学的出发点与最终归宿。运用文献资料与逻辑分析的研究方法，深入研究民办高校机械设计与自动化人才专业培养的，目标指向、遵循原则与实践策略。研究认为：民办高校机械设计与自动化专业人才培养有着适应产业发展需求、强调综合素质培养、终身学习能力的培养；在遵循以学生为中心、产教融合、实践导向的实践原则下，通过优化课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、完善实践教学环节、推进教学方法改革等举措促进民办高校实现对机械设计与自动化专业人才的高质量培养。

Abstract: Cultivating talents is the starting point and final destination of school running. Through literature review and logical analysis, this study investigates the objectives, guiding principles, and practical strategies for cultivating mechanical design and automation professionals in private universities. The research reveals that such programs should align with industry demands, emphasize holistic competency development, and foster lifelong learning capabilities. Guided by student-centered pedagogy, industry-education integration, and practice-oriented approaches, the study proposes strategies including curriculum optimization, faculty enhancement, practical training refinement, and teaching method innovation to achieve high-quality talent development in this field.
