人工智能在电子商务平台用户体验优化中的应用
The Application of Artificial Intelligence in Enhancing User Experience on E-Commerce Platforms
摘要: 随着人工智能技术的深入发展,电商平台在优化用户体验方面面临新的机遇与挑战,传统电商平台在推荐精准度不足与客服响应效率低下等方面存在不足,而人工智能技术为解决这些问题提供了新的技术路径。智能推荐系统依靠深度学习算法实现个性化体验优化,智能客服系统基于自然语言处理技术提升交互体验质量,智能搜索功能借助语义理解改善商品发现的便捷性,AI驱动的购物流程优化全面提升了用户的操作体验。效果评估表明人工智能应用在用户满意度、转化率与响应效率等方面产生积极影响,但仍需在算法透明度、隐私保护与多模态融合等方面持续改进。
Abstract: With the in-depth development of artificial intelligence technology, e-commerce platforms face new opportunities and challenges in optimizing user experience. Traditional e-commerce platforms have deficiencies in areas such as insufficient recommendation accuracy and low customer service response efficiency, while artificial intelligence technology provides new technical solutions to address these problems. AI technology provides effective technical pathways to address these issues. Intelligent recommendation systems leverage deep learning algorithms to optimize personalized experiences; intelligent customer service systems enhance interaction quality through natural language processing; and intelligent search functions improve the convenience of product discovery via semantic understanding. AI-driven shopping process optimization comprehensively enhances the operational experience for users. Evaluation results indicate that the application of AI has positively impacted user satisfaction, conversion rates, and response efficiency. However, continuous improvements are still needed in areas such as algorithm transparency, privacy protection, and multi-modal integration.
