摘要: 在当下人工智能的蓬勃发展下，AI在医学英语翻译的影响力和作用越来越大，比如ChatGPT、DeepSeek、Kimi、豆包等，这些AI平台对于译者来说，成了不可或缺的翻译工具之一。但机器翻译仍然无法取代人工翻译，其在翻译过程中存在的偏误依然是在翻译领域值得探讨的话题。本文将从词汇，句法，篇章三个角度，列举在不同AI工具下，医学文本英译中的翻译过程中常见的偏误种类，比如术语偏误，语境偏误，文化偏误等，并给出解决办法，以期在未来的人机翻译实践中，给予译者更好的翻译指导，提高翻译的准确性和可读性。

Abstract: Amid the rapid advance of artificial intelligence, AI—embodied by platforms such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Kimi, Doubao, etc.—has become an indispensable aid for translators working with medical English. Yet machine translation still cannot fully replace human expertise and persistent errors in the translating process remain a central concern for this field. This paper examines the most common types of AI-induced errors encountered when translating medical texts into English from lexical, syntactic, and discourse perspectives, such as terminological mismatches, contextual misinterpretations, and cultural inaccuracies, etc. For each category, practical remedies are proposed, aiming to provide clearer guidance in future human-machine collaboration and to enhance both the accuracy and readability of medical translation work.
