基于OBE理念的心理健康教育教师培训质量评估模式研究

摘要: 文章旨在构建一个适用于新疆地区心理健康教育教师培训的质量评估模型。研究以成果导向教育(OBE)理念和CIPP (背景、输入、过程、成果)评估模式为理论基础,针对新疆当前教师培训评估存在的不足,如缺乏科学标准、侧重结果而忽视过程、未能体现“以学生为中心”等问题,提出了一个整合性的解决方案。文章从背景评估、输入评估、过程评估和成果评估四个维度设计了具体的评估指标体系,并通过一个“国培计划”的案例,描述了该评估模型的应用流程。研究最终认为,该模型能够为新疆心理健康教育教师培训提供科学的质量保障,形成“评估–反馈–改进”的闭环,从而提升教师队伍的专业素质。
Abstract: This study aims to construct a quality evaluation model for mental health education teacher training in Xinjiang. Grounded in the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept and the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation framework, the research addresses the current shortcomings in teacher training evaluation in Xinjiang, such as the lack of scientific standards, an overemphasis on outcomes at the expense of process, and the failure to reflect a “student-centered” approach. It proposes an integrated solution by designing a specific evaluation index system across four dimensions: context assessment, input assessment, process assessment, and product assessment. A case study from the “National Training Program” is used to illustrate the application process of the evaluation model. The study concludes that this model can provide a scientific quality assurance mechanism for mental health education teacher training in Xinjiang, forming a closed loop of “evaluation-feedback-improvement” to enhance the professional competence of teachers.
