数智时代高校外语教师能力分析与建构

Analysis and Construction of Foreign Language Teachers’ Capabilities in the Digital Age of Higher Education Institutions

摘要: 数智技术对教育领域呈现全方位重塑态势，高校外语教师能力需求发生变化，能力建构对高校外语教育顺应时代发展、提升教学质量具有重大意义。研究发现，数智时代的外语教师需要具备数字素养、学科整合能力和伦理反思能力三大核心能力，提出“技术–教学–伦理”能力模型，并设计了分层培训机制和校企协同路径，帮助外语教师实现从传统教学者向数智教育者的转型，提高教学、教育质量，提升育人成效。

Abstract: Digital and intelligent technologies have brought about a comprehensive transformation in the field of education. The requirements for the capabilities of foreign language teachers in higher education institutions have changed. The construction of capabilities holds significant importance for higher education institutions in foreign language teaching in adapting to the development of the times and improving teaching quality. The research reveals that foreign language teachers in the digital age need to possess three core capabilities: digital literacy, subject integration ability, and ethical reflection ability. A “technology-teaching-ethics” capability model is proposed, and a hierarchical training mechanism and a school-enterprise collaboration path are designed to help foreign language teachers transform from traditional teachers to digital education practitioners, improve teaching and educational quality, and enhance educational effectiveness.
