广州市武术短兵进高校的影响因素与对策研究

Research on the Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of the Introduction of Guangzhou Wushu Short Weapon Sports into Colleges and Universities

摘要: 在新时代文化强国的背景下，武术短兵作为民族传统体育的一种，具有深厚的体育文化内涵。本文旨在通过广州市武术短兵进高校的现状调查，发现目前存在的问题，对造成这种现象的原因进行分析，找出优化武术短兵进高校的发展路径和对策。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法、数理统计法等来进行研究。结果表明：广州市开展武术短兵运动的高校共20所。武术短兵进高校的具体形式有课程、运动队、社团和学生自主活动四种；广州市开展武术短兵的各所高校具有一定的差异性。广州市武术短兵进高校受到三个维度主要因素的影响，分别是武术短兵制度、武术短兵器物和武术短兵价值。结论得出：广州市高校武术短兵的进校园发展仍存在一些问题与挑战，具体是：武术短兵进高校的形式较为单一；师资力量不足，教学质量较低，器械护具场地不充裕，赛事交流平台缺乏，学术研究较少；缺乏良性政策引导、认知不足、缺乏短兵文化教育等。对策是：加强国家政策引领作用，推广多元化武术短兵进高校；完善短兵外在器物技术，确保短兵赛事学术师资力量；凸显短兵内在价值功能，传承传播中华优秀传统文化。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of building a culturally powerful country in the new era, short weapon sports in Wushu, as a form of traditional ethnic sports, possess profound sports and cultural connotations. This paper aims to conduct an investigation into the current situation of the introduction of Guangzhou Wushu short weapon sports into colleges and universities, identify the existing problems, analyze the causes of such phenomena, and figure out the development paths and countermeasures for optimizing the introduction of Wushu short weapon sports into colleges and universities. This paper employs methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, field investigation, and mathematical statistics for research. The results show that there are a total of 20 colleges and universities in Guangzhou that carry out Wushu short weapon sports. There are four specific forms for the introduction of Wushu short weapon sports into colleges and universities, namely courses, sports teams, associations, and students’ independent activities. There are certain differences among the colleges and universities in Guangzhou that carry out Wushu short weapon sports. The introduction of Guangzhou Wushu short weapon sports into colleges and universities is affected by the main factors in three dimensions, namely the system of Wushu short weapon sports, the equipment of Wushu short weapon sports, and the value of Wushu short weapon sports. It is concluded that there are still some problems and challenges in the development of the introduction of Wushu short weapon sports into colleges and universities in Guangzhou. Specifically, the forms of the introduction of Wushu short weapon sports into colleges and universities are relatively single; there is a shortage of teaching staff, the teaching quality is relatively low, the equipment, protective gear, and venues are insufficient, there is a lack of competition and exchange platforms, and there is less academic research; there is a lack of sound policy guidance, insufficient awareness, and a lack of short weapon cultural education. The countermeasures are as follows: strengthen the leading role of national policies and promote the diversified introduction of Wushu short weapon sports into colleges and universities; improve the external equipment and techniques of short weapon sports to ensure the academic teaching staff for short weapon competitions; highlight the internal value and functions of short weapon sports to inherit and disseminate outstanding traditional Chinese culture.
