摘要: 目的：探讨康复护理干预对终末期慢性肾病(ESRD)患者功能康复和生存质量的影响。方法：选取2020年8月~2022年6月在四川省人民医院金牛医院治疗的ESRD患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用康复专科护理及一般护理常规，对照组采用常规护理干预。通过抑郁自评量表(SDS)、卡氏功能状态评分量表(KPS)、生活自理能力(ADL)评估患者情况，运用SPSS17.0软件分析数据。结果：康复护理能有效改善ESRD患者的心理状态、功能状态和生活自理能力，提升生活质量。结论：康复护理在终末期慢性肾病患者护理中具有重要价值，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract: Objective: Exploring the impact of rehabilitation nursing interventions on functional recovery and quality of life in patients with end-stage chronic kidney disease (ESRD). Method: Sixty ESRD patients treated at Jinniu Hospital of Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital from August 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 30 patients in each group. The observation group received specialized rehabilitation nursing and general nursing routines, while the control group received routine nursing interventions. The patient’s condition was evaluated using the Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Karnofsky Functional Status Scale (KPS), and Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and the data were analyzed using SPSS17.0 software. Result: Rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the psychological, functional, and self-care abilities of ESRD patients and enhance their quality of life. Conclusion: Rehabilitation nursing has important value in the care of patients with end-stage chronic kidney disease and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
