Abstract: With the deepening application of AI (artificial intelligence) in the healthcare field, it has emerged as a pivotal force driving the evolution of a new ecosystem in community-based palliative care. By focusing on the three core domains of resource integration, precision services, and emotional support, this study analyzes the application and advantage of AI in evolving palliative care models for end-of-life patients, which provides a useful reference and guidance for safeguarding the dignity and compassion in the final stages of life.
