Challenges and Opportunities for China’s Cross-Border E-Commerce under Uncertainty: A Perspective Based on the RCEP Agreement

摘要: 在全球经济环境复杂多变的背景下，《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)的稳步推进为我国跨境电商的发展注入了稳定性和动力。因此，本文从RCEP协定研究视角出发，以跨境电商企业在供应链的上、中、下游为切入点，分析其在各环节可能面临的风险与潜在机遇，并为跨境电商企业应对复杂的外部环境提供相应的对策建议，以期促进跨境电商的可持续发展。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of a complex and volatile global economic environment, the steady progress of the “Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership” (RCEP) has injected stability and impetus into the development of cross-border e-commerce in China. Therefore, this paper, from the perspective of RCEP agreement research, takes cross-border e-commerce enterprises in the upstream, midstream and downstream of the supply chain as the entry point, analyzes the risks and potential opportunities they may face in each link, and provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for cross-border e-commerce enterprises to cope with the complex external environment, with the aim of promoting the sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce.
