摘要: 神经母细胞瘤是儿童期最常见的颅外实体瘤，病死率高，腹腔间隔室综合征属于监护室急症，需要多学科协作。本文通过回顾1例神经母细胞瘤并发腹腔间隔室综合征的患儿临床表现、治疗及护理全过程，同时复习回顾相关文献，以期为神经母细胞瘤并发腹腔间隔室综合征的早期诊治及护理提供参考。
Abstract: Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial solid tumor in childhood with a high mortality rate. Abdominal compartment syndrome is an emergency in the intensive care unit and requires multidisciplinary collaboration. This article reviews the entire process of clinical manifestations, treatment and nursing of a child with neuroblastoma complicated with abdominal compartment syndrome, and reviews relevant literature at the same time, in order to provide reference for the early diagnosis and treatment and nursing of neuroblastoma complicated with abdominal compartment syndrome.
